
Operational Process Enhancement Manager

- As a key member of our operational team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our business processes.
- You will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that drive results.

- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Process Mapping & Documentation: Maintain and evolve process documents, workflow diagrams, and ownership matrices.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project lifecycles from kickoff to delivery, tracking dependencies, risks, milestones, and communications.
- Meeting & Action Facilitation: Schedule meetings, drive agendas, capture minutes, and ensure completion of action items.
- Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in current processes and develop actionable roadmaps to address and resolve those gaps.
- Systems Integration Support: Partner with tech leads to implement new digital solutions and guarantee integration into existing workflows.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify process bottlenecks, escalate critical issues, and participate in rapid resolution.
- Training & Rollout: Ensure new processes and tech solutions are communicated, trained, and adopted across all departments.
- Performance Reporting: Compile and deliver regular reports on operational efficiency, project status, and technology uptake.
- Bachelor degree with one year of work experience.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for different audiences.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills; a natural diplomat who can build trust and foster collaboration among diverse teams.
