Process Improvement Specialist

  • As a key member of our operational team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our business processes.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that drive results.

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Process Mapping & Documentation: Maintain and evolve process documents, workflow diagrams, and ownership matrices.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project lifecycles from kickoff to delivery, tracking dependencies, risks, milestones, and communications.
  • Meeting & Action Facilitation: Schedule meetings, drive agendas, capture minutes, and ensure completion of action items.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in current processes and develop actionable roadmaps to address and resolve those gaps.
  • Systems Integration Support: Partner with tech leads to implement new digital solutions and guarantee integration into existing workflows.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify process bottlenecks, escalate critical issues, and participate in rapid resolution.
  • Training & Rollout: Ensure new processes and tech solutions are communicated, trained, and adopted across all departments.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile and deliver regular reports on operational efficiency, project status, and technology uptake.

  • Bachelor degree with one year of work experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for different audiences.
