Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for championing new business, estimating, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake and prepare quotes based on approved designs.
- Ensure tenders are accurate, cost competitive, practical, and comply with the regulator and company standards.
- Understand market trends and manage the CRM.
- Nurture relationships with clients throughout the construction phase, including progress updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Post-construction, maintain relationships with clients and conduct regular check-ins to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Drive customer experience strategies and integrate insights from other leaders to cultivate customer loyalty.
- 3-5 years of experience in a new business or account management position.
- Ability to estimate and prepare quotes.
- Experience in a similar role within a construction company.
- Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with strong project management abilities.
