Human Resources Administrator

The role of Payroll and HR Specialist is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with native land title holders and state government.

- Provide generalist support to the HR Manager and various Managers;
- Be responsible for recruitment, onboarding and inductions;
- Assist Managers with performance appraisals and general HR advice;
- Interpret the Employee Collective Agreement for staff and Managers;
- Process fortnightly pays accurately and on time;
- Monitor and process salary packaging, annual leave, sick leave, allowances and reimbursements;
- Ensure payroll, taxation and superannuation commitments are met;
- Assist with integrating the Payroll and HR systems;
- Reconcile payments to Committee Members, Elders, and Consultants.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Completion or near completion of a Diploma or Certificate IV in Human Resources;
- Previous experience in processing payroll and associated duties.
