Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires", "
  • Assist with HRIS systems administration", "
  • Prepare and process human resources documentation", "
  • Advise managers on probation procedures and coordinate timely reviews", "
  • Coordinate offboarding processes and document retrieval for exiting employees", "
  • Promote employee wellbeing initiatives through our Well at Work program", "
  • Participate in Workplace Health & Safety and Reconciliation Action Plan Committees", "

Requirements:

  • Tertiary or diploma qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field (desired)", "
  • Previous experience in human resources administration or support roles", "
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills", "
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills", "

  • Basic understanding of Fair Work National Employment Standards and Awards", "
