Remote Village Hospitality Coordinator

We offer a unique opportunity for individuals to work in remote mining villages, providing hospitality services that ensure guests feel comfortable despite the isolated location.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accommodation bookings and reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service at reception and in our retail area, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among guests
- Perform general office administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Occasionally assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
- Previous experience in administration, preferably with a Cert III or IV in a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to relate to diverse individuals
- Coverage of medicals, training, and uniforms, ensuring employees are equipped to perform their roles effectively
