Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our existing energetic team based in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our organization while enjoying a workplace that values camaraderie, growth, and achievement.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and possess:

  • A background in the RTO sector, with experience working for a registered training organisation (RTO)
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve time-sensitive outcomes
  • Strong customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for students and internal stakeholders
  • An understanding of relevant admissions practices, policies, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in required areas
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to email inquiries, and providing administrative support to the team. They will also have the opportunity to learn and grow as part of a high-performance interactive team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:

Requirements

  • Experience working in a sales or customer-facing role
