About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and assist individuals with daily tasks, enabling them to maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and light domestic duties.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting social interaction and community involvement.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized plans, empowering them to manage their daily tasks and maintain their independence.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Holding a current C-class QLD driver's license.
  • Owning a roadworthy, registered, and insured vehicle.
  • Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Having an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Possessing a valid National Police check.
  • Attaining a First Aid/CPR Certificate.
  • Completing an NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate.
