About the Role

We are seeking a skilled office administrator to join our Property and Advisory team in Townsville as a full-time permanent position. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career while making a significant impact in our organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling and formatting reports to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Liaising with client representatives to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilizing CRM platforms for quoting and invoicing purposes.
  • Supporting management with various tasks and projects.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our team of valuers.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous customer service experience (highly regarded but not essential).
  • A friendly, helpful, and courteous phone manner.
  • The ability to coordinate appointments efficiently on behalf of our team of valuers.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with locations across Townsville and North Queensland.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A reliable attendance record and a strong work ethic.
