We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Business Services Centre, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely preparation of payroll related data, reconciliations, payments, and month-end activities.
This is a permanent opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement, providing a great balance between work and personal life. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of payroll data, reconciliations, payments, and month-end activities, as well as resolving payroll issues raised through the Customer Support System.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should have 2+ years' experience in a payroll processing role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including wage/salary disbursements, overpayment recovery, leave management, and reporting.
- Assist with Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting requirements.
- Process payroll using relevant HRMS systems, meeting all payroll deadlines as specified.
- Stay up-to-date with statutory requirements.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards.
