As a global leader in real estate services, we are committed to hiring talented professionals who share our vision of shaping the future of the built environment. We're seeking an experienced Procurement Strategist to join our Projects and Development Services division in the APAC region.
This role is responsible for managing and directing the strategic sourcing and vendor management processes for PDS APAC. You will work closely with global stakeholders while leading a team across 16 countries in APAC. Your role will involve end-to-end ownership of the PDS APAC sourcing ecosystem, including procurement processes, policies, and templates, strategy development, and goal implementation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and procurement management, with at least 8+ years of experience in the field. They will possess excellent business analysis, relationship building, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive adoption of technology.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the JLL business, both globally and regionally, as well as external partners.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for PDS APAC, considering business context, trends, and strategy.
- Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives and improvements, advising on local team structures and sustainability targets.
- Drive the implementation of global initiatives within the sourcing framework, such as alliance programs and furniture solutions.
- Analyze spend and identify sourcing and value creation opportunities.
- Collaborate with other JLL business lines and regions to seek efficiencies and alignment in vendor management.
- Lead the procurement process for all service types: build, manage, consult, and design.
- Stay informed about market trends and expectations that may impact procurement management.
- Act as a regional contact for JLL's global strategic sourcing platform and promote its adoption.
- Build relationships with suppliers, consultants, and contractors to drive adoption of the sourcing platform.
- Collaborate with technology platform owners to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
