Job Title:

A Key Role in Client Support and Team Collaboration.

We are seeking motivated professionals to work independently with clients and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, fostering effective client relationships and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support to enhance their living environments.
  • Take initiative and work independently with clients, ensuring efficient and effective support processes while maintaining high levels of professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to address challenges and overcome obstacles related to complex client situations.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients, address concerns, and provide guidance throughout the support process.
  • Remain motivated in challenging situations, employing effective negotiation skills to encourage clients to make necessary decisions for their living spaces.
  • Assist with regular domestic tasks to help maintain clean and organized living environments for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire others.
  • Strong negotiation skills to navigate challenging situations with empathy and understanding.
  • Able to commit to scheduled services and demonstrate great time management.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of conduct and service.
  • Able to adapt to various work environments and client needs.
  • Client-facing experience preferred.

NSW Police Check is essential. Drivers License and Own Vehicle Required. Travel throughout the Central Coast and Newcastle is a requirement of the job.
