We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused professional to fill a Client Relations Coordinator role. This position offers an opportunity for someone with industry experience to build a well-rounded career in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Selections Support & Guidance: Help clients navigate the pre-construction and mid-construction phases, providing guidance on selections and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-construction and mid-construction phases, communicating updates and managing expectations.
  • Client Communication: Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients regarding estimates, project timelines, and selections.
  • Handover Process: Support the handover process, maintaining ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Estimating: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects.
  • Plan Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans with support from estimators.
  • Quote Management: Help source and organize quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Pricing Analysis: Support the comparison and analysis of pricing information.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update estimating records and systems.

Requirements

  • Customer Support Experience: Some experience or exposure to the customer support industry is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with reading construction drawings and plans.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Software Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Estimating Software: Experience with estimating software is a bonus but not essential.
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in construction, building, or a related field are a plus.
