About this Role

As a Senior Manager of Organizational Change, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth by leading evidence-based change strategies that go beyond implementation.

  • You will shape the company culture, processes, and ways of working by designing and executing psychology-driven change strategies tailored to diverse teams and cultures.
  • Lead initiatives that reduce resistance, build engagement, and ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align culture, leadership, and capability building with strategic priorities.
  • Apply behavioral frameworks and diagnostics to create interventions that stick.
  • Measure impact and continuously optimize change efforts to deliver real business value.
Requirements
  • Proven success leading complex organizational change programs with a strong behavioral or psychological focus.
  • Deep understanding of human motivation, behavior, and resistance to change.
  • Strong grounding in organizational psychology or behavioral science.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability building.
  • Change Management certifications (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) highly regarded.
