As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk and ensuring that guests receive excellent service at all times. This includes managing complaint escalation, problem-solving, team management, rostering & timesheet approvals, guest services during check-in, check-out and stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and set high standards for staff to follow.
  • Identify new sales leads and encourage the team to do the same, contributing to commercial success.
  • Manage emergency situations professionally and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and guests, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Assist the Hotel Manager with higher-level hotel management tasks and administrative duties.
