This is a permanent and full-time position offering flexibility for remote work during service times.

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS ON EVENTS AND ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES.
  • ENJOY AUTONOMY TO PLAN AND DELIVER ENRICHING EXPERIENCES DAILY.
  • FOSTER POSITIVE CONNECTIONS WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND TEAMS THAT INSPIRE AND DELIGHT.
  • MANAGE AND ROSTER A TEAM OF PASSIONATE EDUCATORS.
  • ENSURE COMPLIANCE AND MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION EFFICIENCY.
  • SERVE AS THE CONNECTION POINT BETWEEN TEAMKIDS AND SCHOOL COMMUNITIES.

Service times: 7:00am - 9:00am, 2:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday + 13 admin hours per week.

About the Position

A comprehensive 5-week induction program will be provided to set you up for success, with exceptional support from a mentor and regional manager. Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification is required, including teaching degrees, education support, children's services, early childhood education, sports science, youth work, and more.
