Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Reliability and Continuous Improvement Manager in developing and executing strategic plans, enhancing customer site performance.
  • Lead data-driven engineering solutions to improve customer satisfaction and drive business success.
  • Promote lean transformation goals by identifying areas for improvement and implementing change.
  • Mentor engineers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and cultivate a collaborative team culture.
  • Drive RMR projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Represent the team in customer meetings and presentations, communicating technical insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with service teams to embed lean principles and support organizational development.
  • Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency on performance and improvement actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and lead lean transformation initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with formal training in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of mechanical and control systems, particularly in automated systems.
  • Leadership: Experienced leader or second-in-command with a track record of strategic thinking and team development.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for informed decision-making.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects from concept through completion, familiarity with project management tools.
  • Sales Experience: Customer-facing experience with the ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
