National Operations Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across national retail contracts. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, strengthening customer partnerships, and leading a national team to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective transport solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving strategic growth and operational excellence across all contracts
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring service excellence
- Leading national P&L performance and commercial outcomes
- Championing safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Developing future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
Key qualifications include:
- Proven ability to lead with confidence, driving strong performance and team engagement
- Proven success in delivering results across complex operations and national contracts
- Sharp commercial insight with a proven ability to influence and engage key stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline is highly regarded
