Contract Administrator

Located in the northern metropolitan area of Adelaide, Skilled Jobs Australia has partnered with a diverse mechanical engineering company to find a skilled Contracts Administrator. This role involves working closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineering Professionals.

The position will require data analysis and project reporting, as well as overseeing contractors and reporting on work order variations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, reviewing, and evaluating project contracts and variations
  • Providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving problems related to programs, projects, and services
  • Managing paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects, and services
  • Offering strategic advice to senior management and implementing their decisions
  • Preparing and reviewing reports regarding the organisation's activities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an AQF diploma in a project or business-related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Effective time management

This role offers a competitive salary of $72,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
