Key Responsibilities:



  • Accurate Trailer Load Manifesting: Ensure precise and timely loading of trailers for efficient transportation.
  • National Linehaul Coordination: Collaborate with the linehaul team to optimize route planning and execution.
  • Route Allocation and Compliance: Safely allocate linehaul and PUD routes while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communication and Coordination: Effectively manage day-to-day communication within the business, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Driver Support and Compliance: Manage driver paperwork and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including CoR, driving hours, and fatigue management.
  • Customer Service and Data Entry: Provide exceptional customer service and accurately enter customer collections via online systems and phone calls.
  • Operational Support: Assist other departments as needed and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Fleet and Equipment Management: Service and maintain the South Australian-based fleet and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Property and Site Security: Safeguard company property, plant, and site security, ensuring a secure work environment.

About the Role:



  • Transport Allocations Experience: Possess experience in transport allocations and customer service in the transport industry.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a high level of motivation and energy.
  • Business Acumen and Computer Skills: Possess a strong focus on business-to-business relationships, legal and WHS knowledge, and computer skills.
  • Administrative and Planning Skills: Exhibit strong administrative and planning skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift Licence and Police Check: Hold a forklift licence (desired) and be willing to undergo a pre-employment examination and police check.
