We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our transport clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity offering a Monday to Friday schedule, 8am-4pm, with a weekly roster. You will be based in our modern office space, located in Regency Park, SA.

The successful candidate will have experience in administrative roles, preferably within the transport industry. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Your ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate pay records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence;
  • Entering data into internal systems with precision and attention to detail;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
