About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager / Account Director - P&C Insurance to join our growing team at ClearCompany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Portfolio Growth: Drive business development efforts to expand your portfolio, identifying new opportunities and cross-selling relevant products.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on P&C insurance products, including risk assessment and policy coverage, ensuring clients receive optimal protection.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Market Engagement: Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms, secure competitive pricing, and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and accurately documented.
About You:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the insurance broking industry, with a strong focus on P&C insurance.
  • Client-Centric: Proven track record in managing and growing client relationships, with a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
  • Technical Acumen: In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance products and the ability to provide strategic risk management advice.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated success in driving portfolio growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
