Job Overview

ClearCompany is seeking a driven and ambitious Account Manager to lead accounts across Corporate Insurance with a focus on the Construction and Mining sector. As a key member of the Sydney team, you will take ownership of client management, risk solutions, and placement.

Responsibilities

* Provide risk transfer advice and guidance to organisations within the Construction & Mining sector across Industrial Special Risks (ISR), Liability, Management Liability, and Contract Works
* Build trust and integrity with key markets, ensuring innovative solutions and choice is made available to clients
* Attend industry events, conferences, and sector events representing the business as a key member of the broking team
* Develop, mentor, and manage Account Executives and other junior staff providing a platform for skills and capability growth
* Constantly pursue industry and technical knowledge to support your own development in account and broking excellence

Candidate Profile

* You will be a Corporate Broker with a strong grounding in Property and Casualty Insurance with the ability to influence and advise at executive level for mid to large sized organisations in Australia and beyond
* Construction or Mining experience is highly advantageous but not a pre-requisite in this role. Candidates must demonstrate a high proficiency with ISR, Public and Products Liability
* Demonstration of consistency and advancement within an Account Management environment ideally within a Corporate Insurance Broker
* Excellent ability to influence and negotiate to secure the best possible solutions for clients
* A clear, high energy, and engaging relationship management style with clear examples of retaining and growing existing accounts
* Tier 1 and Diploma of Financial Services as a minimum with at least 8 years within a broking capacity
