Our ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in junior network administration or related roles, with a strong background in help desk and network management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to clients via phone or onsite visits
  • Configure and maintain networks to ensure optimal connectivity and data integrity
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software components
  • Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving any issues
  • Develop and implement comprehensive backup systems and disaster recovery plans
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Desired certifications: MCSE, CCNA, NETWORK+, A+, Security+

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with ability to escalate tickets
