Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive channel strategy to drive sales growth in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a channel strategy to achieve sales targets in the education sector.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Drive sales growth through existing and new channel partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and take proactive steps to address underperformance.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with channel partners to meet sales targets.
  • Provide training and resources to channel partners to help them effectively sell the company's educational products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded marketing materials, campaigns, and events that support partner sales efforts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
  • Monitor competitive activity and adjust channel strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to senior management.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Channel Manager with a strong background in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in EMEA channel management, sales, or business development, preferably within the education sector.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
