Channel Marketing Manager

At Microsoft, we're seeking a talented Channel Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Channel & Partner Marketing team. As a key member of our global team, you'll drive full-funnel marketing for our exciting ecosystem, working closely with channel sales teams to influence the design of unique Microsoft experiences at targeted partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute partner marketing plans that drive omnichannel sales motions and maximize sell-through & ROI
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to retailers/partners, building credibility and impact to help land key seasonal and product priorities
- Leverage internal and external data & insights to assess partner capabilities and identify opportunities for growth
- Establish a partner marketing calendar, pulling through product campaigns and optimizing seasonal beats/product launches
- Leverage global campaigns and creative to land partner-specific campaigns
- Negotiate with partners for in-kind marketing to amplify campaigns and maximize investments
- Activate eCommerce sales motions through digital marketing excellence, mobile-first executions, and social commerce
- Build brand advocates among retail sellers through training, evangelism, and community engagement platforms
- Drive execution excellence online with a focus on search and discoverability
- Create strong partner relationships as measured through Microsoft feedback forums and surveys
- Set campaign performance metrics and secure partner reporting to validate proof of execution and assess campaign performance
