Key Responsibilities:- Offer individualized support to each child or young person, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the well-being and safety of those in your care.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or similar tertiary qualifications)
- A genuine interest in young people and their wellbeing
- Ability to demonstrate empathy for young people in an open-minded and non-judgmental manner
