Job Overview

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation that meets property standards and guest expectations.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and creative flair.
  • Maintain open communication with the kitchen team and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu development and cost control.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Demi Chef: $27.83 per hour.
  • Chef de Partie: $28.57 per hour.
  • Head Chef: $71,000 - $95,000 (gross) annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
