Metalworking and Mining Sales Expert

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key accounts in Brisbane and Queensland, managing major metalworking accounts, and developing new business through cross-selling and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new opportunities and establish programs and relationships to create product and service demand.
  • Prepare and present customer proposals and commercial offers that showcase Quaker Houghton's solutions-based approach.
  • Manage full turnkey projects from initial concept through to commissioning.

Requirements include a degree or recognized qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Sales or Business-related area, 5+ years' experience in the industry, and 5+ years proven Business Development experience. Essential skills include analytical and problem-solving abilities, innovation, customer focus, and adaptability.
