Front Office Professional

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient experience for guests at registration, during their stay, and at check out.
  • Verify accuracy of reservations and guest information.
  • Respond to incoming calls via switchboard in a professional and polite manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivation and organization.
  • Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
