Front Office Ambassador

A Front Office Ambassador plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences, delivering exceptional knowledge and information about the local area while fostering strong relationships with various hotel departments. This inclusive approach extends to food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests, checking them in/out, and addressing their queries with professionalism and poise.
  • Providing personalized support and guidance on hotel facilities and services, exceeding guest expectations through outstanding customer service.
  • Maintaining effective communication with all departments, working collaboratively to address guest concerns and meet their needs.
  • Ensuring seamless transitions during check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, prioritizing guest satisfaction above all else.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and experience in front office operations is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and nights, as required.
