Support Worker

This role involves providing in-home supports to clients with physical and intellectual disabilities. As a support worker, you will play a vital part in promoting independence, community participation, and meaningful relationships in a safe and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include interpreting and responding to client communication needs, administering medication, and documenting observations. You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to work independently. A Certificate III in Individual Support or related field is desirable, but not essential.
