Strategic Care Operations Manager

This is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring the incumbent to ensure quality standards and compliance while developing innovative strategies to enhance care efficiency.
- Represent the business as a professional leader in aged care and advocate for our brand within the community.
- Provide daily leadership to Care Managers to support an effective caregiver workforce and promote client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client reviews to drive business growth, implement strategies for future development, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage care operations and maintain accurate client records in relevant systems, including new clients, discharges, and monthly claims.
- Review and approve Care Plans, ensuring clinical needs and management plans are recorded and addressed appropriately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of Care Managers.
- Developing and implementing care strategies to enhance client experience and business growth.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate client records and care plans.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Aged care industry knowledge and experience are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
