Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Client Experience Manager.

  • This position will be responsible for overseeing our Care Management team, supporting them in achieving their individual and collective goals to drive business growth and success.

This key role is essential in maintaining quality standards and compliance while developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance care efficiency.

The successful candidate will provide daily leadership to Care Managers to support an effective caregiver workforce and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the business as a professional leader in aged care, advocating for our brand within the community.
  • Reviewing clients to drive business growth, implementing strategies for future growth, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Managing care operations and maintaining accurate client records in RMS, My Aged Care, and the Aged Care Provider portal, including new clients, discharges, and monthly claims.
  • Reviewing and approving Care Plans, ensuring clinical needs and management plans are recorded and addressed appropriately.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Registered Nurse or Clinical experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience leading and managing a team is required.
  • Knowledge and experience of community-based care and support services are essential.
  • Experience in identifying, coordinating, and managing care services for home care clients preferably in Aged Care is required.
  • Understanding of Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations for home care services is necessary.
