The Role

You will use expertise in web analytics to uncover insights improving our digital customer experience, marketing performance, and omnichannel strategy. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse behaviour across platforms and drive data-informed decisions using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver actionable insights for user experience and campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for digital KPIs
  • Support tagging and tracking implementation using GA4 and GTM
  • Write SQL queries for deeper analysis across platforms like BigQuery and Snowflake
  • Educate analytics into agile squads and sprint planning
Required Skills & Qualifications

You have hands-on experience in digital analytics, preferably in e-commerce or retail, and are confident using tools like GA4, GTM, Tableau, and SQL. You enjoy turning complex data into clear, compelling insights and working in fast-paced, agile environments.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Highly experienced and competent in web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics
  • Experience in using Tag Management tools (preferably Google Tag Manager)
  • Experience in delivering and continually improving performance dashboards using tools such as Google Looker Studio and Tableau
  • Experience in data mining using SQL across platforms such as Big Query, Snowflake, and other data platforms is highly regarded
