Job Title: Senior Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with local and global customers, manage enquiries with professionalism and accuracy, and collaborate across departments to support seamless product delivery and informed customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with local and global customers
  • Manage enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production teams as needed
  • Prepare quotations and assist in tendering processes
  • Provide product guidance and support in collaboration with the external sales team

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and solutions-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems experience
  • Permanent work rights in Australia or valid work visa
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
