We're seeking a highly skilled Professional to join our team. As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Professional Sales & Service department.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the administration of all Professional sales and service activities. This includes providing accurate quotations, creating and sending maintenance renewals, and proactively managing job schedules to increase efficiency.
About the Role:
- You will provide customer service information and recommendations sourced from regular customer surveys
- Resolve problems and identify system and process improvements
- Action all service requests received via the service inbox and phone line
- Keying spare part orders where required
- Provide cover and assist with enquiries received via the sale inbox and phoneline
- Assist with preparing and sending out sales quotes
- Assist with order input of Professional orders, including maintenance of the order database
- Assist in local chemical and product ordering where required
- Assist with relevant Sales Coordination administration work such as opening of new credit accounts, returns, updating and maintaining CRM database, prospecting and qualifying new sales leads generated by phone, website, events and campaigns
- Assist with the maintenance and scheduling of Professional orders, including liaison with customers regarding the delivery and backorders and coordinating site to site deliveries with external transport in line with customer expectations
