
HR and Compensation Professional

We are seeking a skilled HR and Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, payroll, and total reward management.
- Support the development and implementation of labour cost governance, workforce planning, and HR transformation projects.
- Lead initiatives that underpin our HR business strategy, including defining the compensation and total reward framework and HR strategy for the country.
- Coordinate salary reviews, assign budgets, and monitor consistency with performance development review processes.
- Develop, maintain, and update employee benefits packages.
- Contribute to process improvement, including monitoring, reviewing, improving, and developing HR policies.
- Collect and analyze human workforce data, preparing reports to support key HR processes.
- Prepare periodic reports, including WGEA, Leave Liability, Sustainability Reporting.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams on workforce planning, labour cost forecasting, and HR transformation projects.
- Deploy the Global HR Operating Model and contribute to the preparation and delivery of Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Employee Share Scheme (ESS).
- Perform regular audits for data integrity and accuracy on HCM and Payroll Systems.
- Act as a backup resource for HR helpdesk and managing the HR inbox in the absence of the HR Operation Specialist.
About You:
- You have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a sound understanding of HR processes.
- You possess strong HR Data Analytics skills and can make judgments and decisions on confidential matters.
- You can plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
- You have intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- You are experienced in using Oracle or Cloud-based software.
