ICT Support Specialist

The role of ICT Support Specialist involves providing end-to-end technical support to users and equipment, ensuring operational continuity and adhering to industry standards. This includes managing user accounts, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the IT asset database.

About You
  • We are seeking a highly skilled team player who brings the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of end-user support experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and Apple iOS device management.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate and CompTIA A+
  • Familiarity with current protocols, operating systems, and IT standards.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong prioritisation skills, effective communication, self-motivated and able to work independently as part of a small team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support with professionalism and empathy to parents, students, and staff. Proactive monitoring and improvement of ICT services is also crucial to enhancing sustainability and efficiency within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensuring their efficient use and disposal in accordance with organisational policies.
