Design Project Coordinator

Job Title:
Design Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Design Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating design consultants and tracking documentation from concept to construction.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design consultants to ensure timely delivery of design documents.
- Review design documents to identify and resolve issues, clashes, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of design documentation and project progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building Design, or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in architectural documentation or a design-related role.
- Strong knowledge of project management software, including MS Office and Bluebeam Revu.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
