Design Coordinator required for an Industrial Builder with projects across Sydney's Western region. Great opportunity for you to join a renowned Tier 2 builder that has a strong presence across Commercial and Industrial projects.

As the Design Coordinator you will be responsible for producing construction design documents for various industrial D&C projects across Sydney

  • Timely production of concept drawings and site sketches.
  • Liaising and coordinating with the project design/construction team, external consultants and site personnel.
  • Producing required documents for council approval as a part of obtaining construction certificates (DA, CC, CDC).
  • Delivering different design stages which includes, marketing, design drafting and more.

To be considered for the position of Design & Approvals Coordinator, you will require:
  • A minimum of 3 years' local experience in similar role working in construction, Drafter, Design Coordinator, Approvals coordinator, or similar
  • Proficient in the use of Revit software.
  • Experience lodging CC and CDC applications.
  • Previous experience working for a head contractor that delivers new build construction projects is highly desirable
