Job Summary

A rare senior employment law role has become available, seeking a highly experienced and skilled ER lawyer to lead a team of 10-15 lawyers defending client claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in unfair dismissal, general protection claims, sexual harassment, bullying, age discrimination and underpayment claims.

About the Role

This is a multi-faceted role that will enable you to utilise your managerial, technical, and litigation experience. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading a team, developing strategies, and making key decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 10-15 employment lawyers in defending client claims, with a focus on complex cases such as unfair dismissal, general protection claims, sexual harassment, bullying, age discrimination and underpayment claims.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and grow the business.
  • Utilise your commercial acumen, strong supervisory and people management skills to drive results.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Report to the Director of Legal Services and contribute to the development of business strategy.
  • Pursue a genuine work-life balance while delivering exceptional results.
