Senior Superannuation Incident Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Superannuation Incident Manager to join our team at Iress. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing superannuation administration incidents and complaints, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and report on incidents and complaints across various clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and service level agreements.
- Conduct incident and complaint impact assessments, root cause analysis, and develop proposed incident remediation plans for internal and external approval.
- Work with internal teams to implement required remediation activities and conduct post-incident reviews to identify prevention steps.
- Develop and implement processes and control uplift opportunities to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
- Ensure accurate capture of incidents and complaints information in relevant Jira projects and provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain knowledge of and changes to relevant superannuation laws and regulatory reports.
- 8 additional paid days per year to extend your weekends
