Supporting Individuals with Complex Needs
This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with complex needs, providing support and assistance in daily living activities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a compassionate attitude towards supporting others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including hoisting and mobility assistance
- Assist clients with daily activities, including accessing the community and social programs
- Support clients with their morning and evening shifts, meal preparation, and daily living activities
Requirements:
- Hold Certificate III or IV in Disability/Ageing Support or have equivalent experience
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Reliable and responsible attitude towards work and commitment to regular hours
- Current driver's license and comprehensive car insurance for work purposes
