A strategic partner will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, developing, and managing alliances in APAC.

This individual contributor role offers performance-linked compensation in addition to a basic salary.

The successful candidate will set and execute regional alliances strategies, research and recruit new partners, demonstrate the platform, contract, manage commercials, enable partners, deliver results, and maintain relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B partnerships within the HCM industry and marketplaces, at least 5 years of experience in a partner sales or alliances development position within the SaaS environment, commercial acumen, and excellent communication and influencing skills.

Ensure an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
