Senior Manager, Partnerships & Marketing

Full-Time

Remote (Australia-based preferred)

About The Role

Once a partnership deal is secured, you will be responsible for bringing it to life. The Partnership Marketing Manager ensures all promises made in partner proposals are fulfilled, including onboarding partners, coordinating sponsorship deliverables such as podcast ads, social content, masterclasses, EDMs, events, and more. The role requires ensuring all activities are completed on time, within scope, and deliver a high-end client experience. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about marketing coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new partners and establish clear expectations with a detailed plan and timeline of deliverables.
  • Serve as the main contact for partners throughout their campaign, maintaining proactive and transparent communication.
  • Manage the calendar of partnership activations across various channels including podcasts, events, social media, email, education, and content.
  • Collaborate with SHE-com team leads and contractors to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare wrap-up reports to demonstrate value and support renewal opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain systems for campaign workflow and communication to enhance efficiency and partner experience.
  • Identify new creative opportunities or add-ons aligned with partner goals and engagement.
You'll Love This Role If You
  • Have 3+ years of experience in partnership marketing, client services, or campaign management.
  • Are proactive problem-solvers and project managers who thrive on clarity, deadlines, and maintaining momentum.
  • Are highly organized, adept at managing timelines, and enjoy working across multiple touchpoints.
  • Have experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and understand digital, events, and content marketing language.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can represent the SHE-com brand professionally and warmly.
  • Are motivated by creating mutually beneficial relationships and achieving results through value-driven execution.
