The team works with clients to design solutions that address complex people and workforce related issues. This includes helping clients navigate change programs, designing the optimum workforce capability and capacity needed to deliver upon a current strategy, identifying the talent strategies needed to resolve any gaps and improving leadership capability and workplace culture.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our People Advisory Services team as a Manager. As a Manager, you will partner with clients to design solutions that help them solve their complex people and workforce related issues.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading engagements end-to-end, including opportunity identification, commercial management and project delivery
  • Client relationship management
  • Coaching and developing our team members
  • Contributing to the culture and development of future leaders across Consulting
  • Co-creating solutions that respond to client needs
  • Developing your technical skills across our core services

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Well-developed core consulting skills (research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail)
  • Technical experience in some of the areas we specialise in
  • Demonstrable experience working with stakeholders across a broad range of clients within a professional services environment
  • An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
