Event Staff Opportunities Available for Beach Schools Cup

The Beach Schools Cup is a premier event requiring the expertise of dedicated staff to ensure its seamless execution. As an event staff member, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and operating the event.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and construction of the event site, including digging holes, installing posts, nets, and lines, and performing other tasks as directed by the coordinator.
- Ensure the venue and courts are set up for the first match, including setting up nets and courts at the correct height and tension.
- Set up scoreboards and equipment on each court, including scoresheets, pens, and match balls.
- Oversee operations of the beach and results, including monitoring court progress, ensuring teams are ready, and duty teams are officiating.
- Adjust net heights as needed and collect and review scoresheets after matches.
- Record results in the result management system and on the results wall/board.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in venue management is essential.
- A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is mandatory.
Accommodations:
Accommodation will be provided for Saturday and Sunday nights.
