Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve client tickets in a timely manner.
  • Participate in developing test cases and unit testing.
  • Report on progress as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in software development and implementation.
  • A strong understanding of database management systems.
  • Experience working with SQL Server and TSQL.
  • Skills in procedural programming languages such as Visual Basic or C/C#.
