Technical Solutions Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will also possess a solid understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, testing, and design patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and growth
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar
    • Proven ability to deliver working solutions in production environments
    • Experience managing or coordinating customer-facing projects
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python and/or Typescript and React
    • Technical foundation in coding, SQL, and data modeling
    • Ability to translate business logic into platform configuration
    • Hands-on experience writing business requirements, process maps, and technical specifications
  • Knowledge:
    • Proven ability to apply core software engineering concepts
    • Understanding of solution architecture principles
    • Awareness of regulatory/security challenges in finance or insurance
  • Attitude:
