">- Optimize and execute best practice geotechnical operations for our heavy machinery fleet
- Manage up to 5 large-scale equipment fleets
- Leverage experience of excavation and haulage design
- Use knowledge in mine planning software to optimize productivity and deliver feasible mine plans
- Tertiary qualified professional with at least 3 years post graduate experience gained in an open cut environment
- Experience in short to medium term design, planning and/or scheduling within an open cut operation
- Proven track record of driving best practices through departments and into businesses
- Ability to understand functionality of business systems and extract relevant data for business purposes
- Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
